These are links to reflexology and other health tips I have found very helpful (they work)... and another part of brain science. Similar to parts of the martial arts that I studied for 12+ years (my master was Teriyuki Okazaki, head of the JKF), reflexology in large part deals with meridians and pressure point activation. These are simple exercises you can do each day that have both physical (sinuses to relaxation, excitement) and psychological benefit (ex: Fight vs. Flight Response, how clearly you think, how your mood affects others).
